Celebrating Successes for Children Ceremony

Hosted by County Executive Ken Ulman and the Howard County Office of Children’s Services, this annual ceremony salutes people and programs who work with children in many ways, such as mentors, child care providers, Scout leaders, coaches, human service workers, volunteers, businesses and school or camp programs.
